A couple of years ago we experienced a wonderful summer. Our flowers were especially wonderful and the butterflies delighted in them. Here is but a sampling of many pictures I took that year of the magnificent creatures that fluttered by our house and stopped to enjoy our gardens. Enjoy!–jerry
My most recent slideshow consists of pictures taken from various places on earth: A road to Cincinnati, a baseball field, my bed, Lake Erie and a couple of others. These are all perspectives of the sky. Enjoy!!–jerry
Here are some photos from a recent day off in beautiful Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We also visited the Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Garden. Enjoy!
Here are the photos from our Trip to Nelson’s Ledges. I hope you enjoy them.

Life Under the Blue Sky
Thanks for visiting with me for a little while. I hope you find something here that is helpful or encouraging in some way. There's a lot here and I hope that what it shows is a little or a lot of growth on my part. That said, some of the older stuff you find in here may not be all that helpful. I used to be rather graceless and judgmental. Much of that has changed as I have grown more and more accustomed to the grace of God. I will also be changing the format here soon. For now I have been blogging sermons and lessons (and I will continue that), but in the not too distant future this blog will be overhauled to reflect more changes taking place in my life. Thanks again for the visit and as always, feel free to leave a comment. jerryOther Blog Links

I’m glad you liked them. I had fun putting the slide show together. It was something different.

I can only access all of this at my computer in Geneva – can get the pictures etc. there. But of course they expect me to work also. I was really impressed with all you have done with this. Also the church web site I heard the music – couldn’t get that at my Madison computer. I’m not very proficient – but is impressive to see all the people who visit with you.

Barb,
Thanks for stopping in for a visit. It’s good to hear from you. I have met a lot of different people from a lot of different walks of life and points of view. It is good fun.
